Thank you Patrick Frank and Jennifer. From the moment i stepped into the office i felt like these people had my best intentions in mind. They never once tried to upsell me on anything. Worked every little detail right in front of me providing complete breakdown of the whole process. This company makes you feel like they actually care to sell a reliable car that fits the person. Thank you so much for answering every question i had. These are the kind of people you want to keep doing business with. Which is exactly what I plan on doing. We had been looking for a used car for our daughter for several months. It started to feel like it might be impossible to find a reliable used Honda or Toyota in our price range. I happened upon an ad for a Acura RDX at Direct Auto Source so we went to check it out, thinking it would be another horrible used car lot experience. We couldn't have been more wrong. Frank was amazing from start to finish! You can immediately tell he is a genuine and honest guy who knows his stuff. He made the whole process completely painless and we will 100% call Frank when it's time to purchase another car.

I’m not usually one to leave a review, but I will any day for Frank and Patrick. My partner and I had been praying and looking for a Honda Pilot for over a year; as soon as we first met with Frank and Patrick, we felt so safe and at peace with our decision to proceed with our purchase. Both brothers are such humble and genuine individuals. They treated my fiancé and I like actual people, and not just an opportunity for profit.From start to finish, they kept good communication and were transparent with everything! From the car specs/mechanics, to the price breakdown, to even helping us get such an awesome rate on a car loan. They helped us in more ways than we could have asked for. We had the car to our name in just less than a week!It’s truly been such a blessing and pleasure to buy from Direct Auto Source. Frank has been such a reliable mechanic of mine for years. I recently met his brother Patrick when needing to purchase another vehicle. Buying a car today can be such a challenging and stressful experience. My experience was just the opposite. Patrick provided me with all the important information without any pressure. The knowledge and years of experience that these brothers have allows me as the buyer to be confident in my decision to purchase a vehicle. I’m so thrilled with my 2018 Honda CRV! I will continue to have Frank service this vehicle as needed and if I or any friend/family member needs to purchase a car, we’ll know where to go first.

Amazing experience buying my Acura from Pat and his brother! They really knew the car well and provided detailed information. They even offered to replace the non-genuine parts (timing belt and water pump) with genuine parts at their own cost. Most dealers just clean the cars and put them out for sale without knowing much about them – many dealers told me that directly. Pat was really on top of things and incredibly supportive when I was finalizing the loan with my bank on a Saturday morning. In summary, you get a quality car similar to those from a premium dealer at a price lower than low-level dealers. It's a no-brainer for me to plan on buying another car from them and recommend them to my friends. Don’t pay for the glass palaces of other dealers; pay for the quality you get.

Really enjoyed working with Patrick and Frank . They were so patient and very communicative and flexible. I was apprehensive of purchasing a used car and they put my mind at ease. I feel they are very honest and want to make sure that I'm happy and satisfied. I’m so thankful we found these guys! Buying a car isn’t normally an easy experience, driving from hours away and having 3 young kids doesn’t make it any essier. Pat and Jennifer were super patient and really helpful, not to mentioned we got an amazing car from them! So Happy we went with them! Highly recommend!!

We purchased a vehicle with Pat for my daughter who will be driving soon. From the beginning, Pat was extremely patient during the whole purchase process. We were working with a bank that unfortunately did not have the greatest communication, but Pat remained patient and even held onto the car for us while others were interested. He is definitely man of his word and very loyal to his customers. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone either looking to purchase a vehicle or in need of auto services. They answered my gazillion questions when I 1st found the car on their website; no pressure whatsoever to buy.The car was detailed to perfection (thank you Jennifer) & looked like a new vehicle inside & out. . . I bought a used car from this shop and had a 10/10 experience. I totaled my previous car and Patrick and Frank were very patient as I was getting the rest of my claim processed so I could purchase the car from them. Patrick worked with me and their financing company to get me the terms I wanted. They sold me the car for an excellent, price. It took less than an hour to complete the purchase paperwork. The car itself runs fantastic, is very clean and you could tell it was well kept. Overall this shop exceeded my expectations and I 100% recommend it.

I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Direct Auto Source. Frank and Pat are some of the most honest men I have ever worked with and not only provided me with a great vehicle (Toyota Avalon), but made sure to give me a fair price, unlike other car dealers. They worked with me to make sure it was something I could afford and went above and beyond to bring my vehicle to me in the east valley after my purchase. I would definitely buy from them again in the future.

I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord from Frank in February 2023. He is trustworthy, responsive, and reliable. Frank has a dealer's license and a shop that specializes in Hondas, so he personally guarantees his work and cars. I didn't have to haggle because his prices were reasonable and fair. My grandma and Uncle all use his services as well.

They help me take care if vibrationnin my brake pedal. After diagnosing. They figured it was rear brake drums needed attention while front brakes were ok. Now I can feel the difference with the brake pedal being tighter. Prior to this they also helped me with the AC fan turning on and staying on. Allreciate them for that too. Definitely will be going back.

I would highly recommend Direct Auto Source to anyone looking for excellent service at a fair price. Frank has gone above and beyond for me and my 2000 Accord more than once. He obviously knows Hondas like the back of his hand, and explains things in understandable terms. When my computer was throwing out a troublesome code that threatened to be one of several expensive issues, he was quick to correctly pinpoint and fix an underlying issue that he had experienced before, at a great savings to me. He is budget conscious, clearly communicates parts & labor costs in advance, and provides thorough insight regarding the quality/value of new versus aftermarket parts each time. Beyond all that, he's just a good guy and pleasant to deal with. He's even taken the time to diagnose and repair minor issues on the spot and free of charge for my girlfriend's Odyssey when she's dropped me off. We are both so relieved to have found Direct Auto Source. Thanks Frank!
