Amazing experience buying my Acura from Pat and his brother! They really knew the car well and provided detailed information. They even offered to replace the non-genuine parts (timing belt and water pump) with genuine parts at their own cost. Most dealers just clean the cars and put them out for sale without knowing much about them – many dealers told me that directly. Pat was really on top of things and incredibly supportive when I was finalizing the loan with my bank on a Saturday morning. In summary, you get a quality car similar to those from a premium dealer at a price lower than low-level dealers. It's a no-brainer for me to plan on buying another car from them and recommend them to my friends. Don’t pay for the glass palaces of other dealers; pay for the quality you get.

They help me take care if vibrationnin my brake pedal. After diagnosing. They figured it was rear brake drums needed attention while front brakes were ok. Now I can feel the difference with the brake pedal being tighter. Prior to this they also helped me with the AC fan turning on and staying on. Allreciate them for that too. Definitely will be going back.

I would highly recommend Direct Auto Source to anyone looking for excellent service at a fair price. Frank has gone above and beyond for me and my 2000 Accord more than once. He obviously knows Hondas like the back of his hand, and explains things in understandable terms. When my computer was throwing out a troublesome code that threatened to be one of several expensive issues, he was quick to correctly pinpoint and fix an underlying issue that he had experienced before, at a great savings to me. He is budget conscious, clearly communicates parts & labor costs in advance, and provides thorough insight regarding the quality/value of new versus aftermarket parts each time. Beyond all that, he's just a good guy and pleasant to deal with. He's even taken the time to diagnose and repair minor issues on the spot and free of charge for my girlfriend's Odyssey when she's dropped me off.
